I remember feeling this burning in my heart, I didn't know what it was; I knew I wasn't excited but more expectant as to what this meant. I wrote about it here.

Looking back, it makes so much sense, SO much sense on the events that followed in our marriage. We hit a bump, a BIG bump, one of those make or break kind of bumps. Almost immediately after we started to feel like G-d was going to use us for something, hindrances started being thrown in our way.

But we got through it. And here we are a year later preparing to do something incredibly insane, with no idea really what we're doing but trusting in G-d that He'll guide our steps. Despite out struggles in the past year, this verse has run SO true in our life: "And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns." Philippians 1:6

So I guess the big announcement is that G-d has called us out of comfort zones, and we're going somewhere.

Not very detailed, I know.

But the exciting thing is, you'll get to see this from start to finish.

We do have a few things that you can pray for over us, I'll update this in the side bar frequently as things shift and change.

1. We are going to sell our house and move into a rental so that when it's time to go, we're prepared. So please pray that our renovations will be completely by February so we can put our house on the market in March. And then pray that we can sell the house, quickly.

2. That G-d will lead us to the right missions organization, we are in contact with a few right now and right now we're praying for open doors and a sense of peace.

3. We are going to attempt to get out of debt within a year, we feel like this is do-able and achievable - luckily we weren't horribly off to begin with. Almost all organizations want you out of debt before serving over seas, with the exception of school debt.

4. For our families. This transition is going to suck.

5. We're planning on going to Urbana in Missouri in December of 2012, which is a huge missions conference, this is going to cost us some chunk of change but we're definitely going to benefit from it. So prayers that we can gain/raise the funds.

Thank you all for joining with us on our journey, we're very excited, blessed and humbled.

Much Love,
Justin and Meagan
